Meet Blandina (Te Wikitōria) Diamond who is the lead for our Tūwharetoa Kāinga Strategy and our He Iwi Kāinga services.
Blandina has been working with our strategy since 2019 when she first researched and formulated our strategy, and she also created the three pilot projects that are now being implemented.
Blandina is now the Programme Manager for He Iwi Kāinga and her role includes managing the team, the programme office and ensuring that our services are delivering on our kāinga targets and outcomes.
Blandina directly supports our papakāinga strategy coaching and project manages our residential developments.
Blandina lives in Whanganui Bay on the papakāinga of Ngāti Te Maunga. She also has whakapapa to Ngāti Turumakina, Ngāti Kurauia, Ngāti Parekāwa, Ngāti Hinemihi and Ngāti Tūtetawha.
